THE CIRCA 33 EVENT SPACE BOOKS UP FAST.
BEFORE CONTACTING OUR BAR MANAGER, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE FOLLOWING STEPS: 

  1. Read all event space details and policy detailed below

  2. Seasonal Catering Menu
  3. Please schedule an appointment to view the space. A floor plan is available below if a site visit is not possible.

  4. If everything in steps 1-3 looks good, give us a call to book your event.

Speakeasy – Our event space is behind a secret locked bookshelf.  This space is conducive to standing cocktail-party format events, with an occupancy of up to 50 people. The space has bistro-type seating, with tables and chairs to accommodate up to 26. Our catering options involve many platters and finger foods, in addition to some entree choices. If you choose to book the space you will get to provide a verbal password that your guests must repeat to our front bartender in order to receive an exclusive 4 digit numeric code of your choice with directions for your guests to enter the speakeasy.

Food & Beverage Minimums – A food and beverage minimum is required to be met for all event bookings. Minimums are determined by the specific time of year and date of your event. All food and beverage purchases made by your group, both hosted and non-hosted, count towards hitting the F&B minimum. If the group does not reach the F&B minimum, the balance will be charged to the credit card held for deposit plus 21% gratuity.  The corresponding F&B minimums change seasonally, please contact us for more information on current fees. F&B minimums are exclusive of gratuity.

The Speakeasy rental also includes a private bar featuring local spirits, as well as a lounge area with leather chairs, a custom build shuffleboard table and classic posters for ambiance. View the event space below.

Circa33 Event Spaces

Occupancy-  Our space holds up to 50 people in a standing, cocktail party format. If you’re looking for more of a sit down dinner, we can comfortably seat up to 26 persons. For parties over the maximum capacity please contact us to talk about other options we may be able to provide.

Guest Count- A final guest count must be received one week prior to the event, along with both your verbal and numeric passwords for our Speakeasy entrance.

Rental Fee – A $50 rental fee will be applied to all bookings.

Deposit- A 20% deposit of the food and beverage minimum is required at the time of booking for all events more than 14 days out.

Music – The music is the same music that we play throughout Circa 33, if you would like to personalize the music you are welcome to provide your own DJ or sound system that you may then control the music that is being played to the Speakeasy.

Food Menus- Our food offerings for the event space are available for download here: Seasonal Catering Menu. Please note that there is a required $300 minimum food order purchase from the catering menu.

Beverage Offering- Our event space features a full bar with 12 beers on tap, a large selection of local spirits, wine, and n/a drinks. If you plan on hosting a bar tab, we recommend using the following numbers for your budget:

Decide how many drinks each person will have.

Draft beer, house wine, and well drinks are $5-$7.50 each.

Call spirits (Bull Run, House Spirits, Eastside Distilling, Big Bottom, Indio) $7-8

Premium (Clear Creek, Immortal, Premium Local Whiskey and Liquors) $10+

Specialty cocktails $8 – $12

We can put a price cap on drinks available to guests (i.e. Draft beer & wine hosted, liquor is no-host).

Minors- Minors are permitted until 9:30pm
